Colder Weather
With the weather getting colder, please remember to take your jacket from your locker at the beginning of lunch and wear your warm outdoor clothing.
Girls Basketball
The next girls basketball tryouts will be held this Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00. This year we will have both a varsity and junior varsity team, so we’re encouraging lots of girls to try out! The tryouts this week will be for both teams!
Girls Volleyball
Congrats to the girls volleyball team for defeating Ellenvale 3 sets to 1. Your Mustangs were led by the strong play of Kayleigh McDougall. Awesome job girls!
Leadership
There will be a leadership meeting today at 11:35. Please bring your lunch.
ADJH Food Drive
Every year, the students at Astral Drive show their kindness and generosity by supporting those in need in our community. This is the last week for our food drive and students can bring in donations up until this Thursday, November 21st. Our goal is to collect 1000 items! Tomorrow students are encouraged to bring in hygiene products. If you are able, please bring in items such as, toothbrushes/toothpaste, soap, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant or feminine hygiene products and drop them in the box in your homeroom classroom. Remember, each homeroom is competing to collect the most donations. Let’s work together to make a difference!
