ANNOUNCEMENTS: Monday June 23,2025: WEEK #1; CYCLE DAY A

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

We would like to acknowledge that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaw people. 

We would also like to acknowledge people of African ancestry, whose histories and legacies have contributed to Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

June 23 - Math Exam (grade 9) 

June 26 - Grade 9 Closing ceremony 10am 

June 27 - No school for students/ Assessment day 

June 30 - Last Day of school

Grade 9 reminders:

Good luck to students writing their last exam today. Today students write Math. Reminder to teachers and grade 9’s that there will be an hour of study time, during period 1, exam is period 2 & 3 and then this afternoon classes will run as normal.   

Grade 9 closing ceremony will be June 26th at 10am. Students must be here by 9:30 AM to get lined-up in alphabetical order (by homeroom). A reminder that Fire Marshall regulations will allow for 2 guests per student. 

Allergy Reminder: There are students and staff at our school that have a life-threatening allergy to peanuts. Please ensure that any food brought into the school is peanut-free.
