Happy Indigenous History Month!
Did you know: There are over 650 first nation communities in Canada representing more than 50 nations and 50 Indigenous languages. The Mi’kmaq people are the predominant group of Indigenous people in Nova Scotia. There are a significant number of Metis people and a small but present number of Inuit people living in Nova Scotia.
