May is Asian Heritage Month - Official declaration of Asian Heritage Month is that: Diversity represents one of Canada’s greatest strengths, and we strive to ensure that all people in Canada have the opportunity to reach their full potential and participate in Canada’s civic life.
Red Dress Day: May 5th is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirited individuals. Also known as Red Dress Day, this solemn day is observed to honor and remember missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and Two-Spirit people, and to encourage one another to take action for change. Today we will be taking part in remembrance during period 3.

Track and Field: All Track and Field athletes need to submit their Athletic policy forms to Mr. Elliot or the office before the event day if you plan on attending.
Girls who are taking part in the Football day tomorrow - Need to bring in their permission forms and Athletic policies ASAP.
Grade seven Band: Please bring your permission slips for tomorrow’s Music festival field trip to the office this morning.
