Yearbook
We are still in need of 14 more baby/toddler pictures for the yearbook.  Please send them to Ms. Little at littlej@gnspes.ca as soon as possible so we can get them into the yearbook!
Yearbooks will be available for purchase via the Lifetouch website for $30.

Dance
Our next school dance will be Thursday, April 18 from 6:30 - 8:30pm.  Tickets are $6 and can be purchased via SchoolCash.

Month of the Military Child
Teal Up for Month of the Military Child in April! This year, we continue to spread awareness of Month of the Military Child and Teal Up across Canada. At our MFRC sites in HRM we will be celebrating Teal Up Tuesdays and we encourage your school or community organization to join us in wearing Teal on Tuesdays throughout the month of April!

Cole Harbour Library
Join us tonight for Teen Night at Cole Harbour Public Library from 6-7:30 to try two types of Indian New Year drinks! It is open to all junior high and high school students, it is totally free, and there are snacks. 6-7:30pm.

Library Club
There are still a few more weeks to submit your poem to Ms. Demers for the annual Poetry Contest.  Each contestant may win a prize for submissions, but the big prize is awarded at the end of the month!  Write a ballad.  Write a haiku.  Write some random poetic thoughts. You could win!
Also, stop by the Library at lunch time for various poetry events.

Best Buddies
Best buddies will meet Thursday at lunch in the learning centre.

Drama Club
The drama club will meet in the library Wednesday and Thursday after school this week from 2:30 to 3:30 to start rehearsals for the spring play. All cast members should attend.
