Did you know?

The Mi'kmaq were the first people in Nova Scotia. They belonged to a wider coalition known as the Wabanaki Confederacy, whose members were in turn part of the Algonquin-language family in eastern North America. The Mi'kmaq presence can be traced as far back as 10,000 years.

Girls Volleyball

The next girls volleyball practice will take place today after school at 4pm until 530.

Bake Sale

There will be a bake sale in support of the girls volleyball teams at lunch on Friday.  Don’t forget to bring your change!

Drama Club

The drama club will meet after school today in the library from 2:30 to 3:30.

Leadership
There will be a leadership meeting this Friday, October 13th at 11:35 in Mme Chiasson’s room (room 137). Please bring your lunch.
Boys Soccer
Unfortunately, the boys soccer team lost in a shootout against Caledonia. Be very proud of yourselves, it was a great game.
As well, I would like to take this time to thank our boys for another wonderful soccer season. You showed great sportsmanship both on and off the field. You represented Astral Drive Junior High very well, job well done. Great season boys and looking forward to next year. Ms Little.
