LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

Month of the Military Child
Thank you to all who helped us support TEAL UP for the military child today and for the month of April.

Volleyball Tournament
There will be a volleyball tournament held in the gym today, May 2nd & 3rd.  See the sign-up sheet by the gym for more information.
Track and Field Tryouts:
Track and field tryouts for the 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Junior Long Jump and Intermediate Triple Jump will be held this Wednesday May 1st from 3-5pm at Beazley Field. Please see Mrs. Carter, Mr. Carew or Mr. Elliott if you have any questions.

Bluenose Marathon Youth Run
Any students who are interested in participating in the Bluenose Marathon Youth Run on Saturday May 18th are asked to see Mrs. Carter before May 2nd to apply for a bursary for a free registration code.

Colby Village Elementary School
The Colby Village Elementary School Spring Fair is taking place on Saturday, May 25th from 11 am - 2 pm. Their gymnasium will be full of games and they’d love your help to run them!
Please sign up on the sign-up sheet at the main office and include your contact info (email or text).

Aubcon May 25th
Are you interested in attending Aubcon? This will take place May 25 from 10am-5pm at Auburn Drive High School. Children 12 and under are free and students are 5 dollars.  There will be a few vendors there from different artists to collectors and demonstrations. There will be a focus on gaming including D&D, board games, video games, and hopefully a magic gathering card tournament. There will be a few food vendors and a snack bar.

Gender and Sexuality Alliance meets today at lunch in room 121. Bring your lunch, a pal, and come hang out!
