LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

Library Club
Since the Library was closed at lunch on Friday, today is the day to vote for your favourite poem by a student.  Come to the Library at lunch time to cast your ballot.  The winner gets a prize at the end of the day!

Volleyball Tournament
There will be a volleyball tournament held in the gym today, April 30th, May 2nd & 3rd.  See the sign-up sheet by the gym for more information.

Track and Field Tryouts:
Track and field tryouts for the 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, Junior Long Jump and Intermediate Triple Jump will be held this Wednesday May 1st from 3-5pm at Beazley Field. Please see Mrs. Carter, Mr. Carew or Mr. Elliott if you have any questions.

Bluenose Marathon Youth Run
Any students who are interested in participating in the Bluenose Marathon Youth Run on Saturday May 18th are asked to see Mrs. Carter before May 2nd to apply for a bursary for a free registration code.

Drama Club
The drama club will meet today for rehearsals from 2:30 to 3:30 in the library.
