TERM 2 REPORT CARDS
Report Cards will be sent to you today, April 1st, by a link sent to the email addresses listed in PowerSchool. Please read the instructions carefully and enter the password as indicated in the example provided in that email. If you have a Hotmail account, please check your spam folder if you don’t see the message in your inbox.

PARENT-TEACHER PHONE CALLS
We are required by Public Health directives to hold virtual parent-teacher meetings again this term. These will be held by phone on Thursday, April 8th from 1:00-3:00 PM and 3:30-5:30 PM in 5-minute sessions. We have a 2-minute buffer for each meeting to allow teachers to set-up their next appointment. To book an appointment, please go to our website https://adj.hrce.ca/ and click on the link provided for each teacher you wish to speak with. There are limited time slots available, just as there would be with in-person meetings. If you do not have questions or concerns, please consider leaving appointment times available for parents who do. You will be able to start booking appointments tomorrow, April 1st at 3:00 PM. Bookings will close Wednesday, April 7th at 3 PM. Please call or email if you are experiencing difficulty and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

LIBRARY
Anyone who wishes to enter the Library at lunch time MUST sign up.  A Google Form is set up on the ADJH Library website.  Only 17 students will be able to be in the Library at a time as all seats are spaced 6 feet apart.  If you have any questions or problems signing up, please see Ms. Demers at lunchtime.

With spring here already, Ms. Demers is introducing another seasonal colouring contest!  Stop by the Library to pick up your colouring page.  No two pages are alike, so choose carefully.  The most inspiring piece will be rewarded at the end of April!

MASKS-SANITIZER-SOCIAL DISTANCING – REMINDERS

Just a reminder to students to please remember to wear your school-provided mask or your own mask every day and to make sure your mask covers your nose!  Also, (1) when you enter the building to sanitize your hands (2) walking through the halls in single file/social distance where possible, (3) bring your water bottle to school and (4) before you are dismissed for lunch, please remove all items off your desk so they can be cleaned during the lunch break.
