Hocus Pocus Screening Teen Night.
Think you are too old to trick-or-treat, but still want in on the Hallowe’en fun? Come watch this hilarious classic with us. Popcorn and snacks are on us! Tuesday, October 31 6:00-7:30pm Grades 7 and up

Fall Food Drive:
Our fall food drive has begun and will run until this Friday November 3rd. Each homeroom class is encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items in order to help support those in need in our community. Items such as rice, cereal, canned goods, pasta, pasta sauce and baby food are the most needed. The class who brings in the most food items at each grade level will have an extra class in the gym.

Spirit Week:

Students and staff are encouraged to take part in this week’s spirit week, starting today.

Today is wear orange & black and your spookiest socks, hats or jewelry.
On Tuesday, it’s Halloween costume day. Masks and fake weapons are not permitted.
On Wednesday, roll out of bed and come to school in your pajamas for PJ day.
On Thursday, wear plaid for plaid day.
And…on Friday, it’s teacher/student swap day. Teachers dress like students and students dress like teachers.

Library Club:
Come to the Library at lunch time to vote for your favourite pumpkin!  It has been narrowed dow to a dozen selections, but Ms. Demers needs your help finding the finalists for teachers to vote on tomorrow.  The winner will receive a bag of treats!
And a reminder that Halloween themed activities are also happening in the Library at lunch time with prizes to be won!

Boys Soccer  CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER
There will be a Boys Soccer game today after school at 3:45 against Bicentennial Junior High on the Astra Drive field. If you can’t make, it please let Ms Little know. All members should be ready and on the field for 3:30. Good luck and have fun. 

Girls Volleyball
A huge congratulations goes out to the members of the girls volleyball team for winning the Dartmouth Spartans Junior High Invitational Tournament on the weekend.  The girls have their season and home opener tonight at 3:30 vs. Graham Creighton. Lets go Mustangs!
