GUIDANCE NEWS
The Guidance outer-office is open from Tuesdays to Thursdays at lunch.  20 people maximum.  Please bring your lunch as it is first come, first serve!
• Tuesdays - Wii day where we will play games on the Wii.
• Wednesdays - Board Game day
• Thursdays are Movie day

- There will be no GSA or Girl's group this week.  Stay tuned for next week meetings!

- Book club members are asked to meet this Friday April 27th, in Ms. Bonin's room for their first meeting about the novel, SEKRET.

DUKE OF EDINBURGH
Attention all Dukes.  Our last training session will take place today - Wednesday at 11:45 am.  Dukes are asked to bring their maps, route cards and lunch to this training.  See you then!

Thank you to our students who picked up the garbage off the school grounds in honor of Earth Day!  I would also like to take this opportunity to remind all students to use the garbage cans outside and not to drop your garbage on the school ground!

YEARBOOK COMMITTEE
A reminder to the Yearbook Committee that there will be a yearbook meeting today after school with Ms. Little!

TRACK & FIELD
There will be a track and field tryout for anyone interested in running sprint events today at 3:15 at Beazley Field. Any athletes looking to try-out for the 100m, 200m and 400m sprints should be at Beazley by 3:10pm, and be warming up. Students must find their own way to and from the field. If you have any questions please see Mr. Elliott or Mr. Carew!

LIBRARY CLUB
Today there is a Library Club meeting after school.

A reminder to submit your poems to Ms. Demers by the end of tomorrow.  Poets who have submitted work can submit more if they wish!

BEST BUDDIES
Best Buddies will meet today at lunch.  Don't forget to wear your t-shirts!

We are planning to host our ADJH talent show in June and are looking for participants!    Abilities could include, but are not limited to:
• Dancing
• Singing (individual or group)
• Musical instruments
• Juggling
• Yo-yo
• Gymnastics
• Spoken word poetry
• Joke telling
• Cup stacking
• Human calculator abilities

We would love to see you share your talent with the school! 
Our first sign-up meeting will take place today at 11:45am in Mr. Tetford’s room (106).
