GSA – ROOM 221
The GSA are planning a celebration of Spirit Day for this Thursday - October 21st this year!

We ask all staff and students to wear purple this – Thursday, Oct 21st. Rainbows are also an option of course. It is a day to show solidarity against the bullying of LGBTQ+ youth specifically with a focus on mental health.

From the GLAAD website:
"LGBTQ+ youth disproportionately face bullying and harassment because of their identities. Each year, millions go purple for Spirit Day to support LGBTQ+ youth in a united stand against bullying. Pledging to “go purple" on Spirit Day is a way for everyone — [...] neighbors, parents, classmates, and friends — to visibly show solidarity with youth and to take part in the largest, most visible LGBTQ+ anti-bullying campaign in the world.

Also, there is a meeting Wednesday at lunch – room 221!
